Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The present study will be conducted on 60 patients with 30 in each group having ASA physical status I/II posted for endoscopic urological procedures under spinal anaesthesia. Patients having age between 40\-80 year, weight 50\-80 kg and height \>150cm, will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of chronic disease like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, respiratory disease, epilepsy and cardiac disease.
- •Chronic history of headache and backache.
- •Spinal deformity or infection at the local site.
- •Known history of allergic reaction to local anaesthetics
- •ASA grade III / IV
- •Patients not willing to participate in the study.
