The present study will be conducted on 60 patients with 30 in each group having ASA physical status I/II posted for endoscopic urological procedures under spinal anaesthesia. Patients having age between 40-80 year, weight 50-80 kg and height >150cm, will be included.
History of chronic disease like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, respiratory disease, epilepsy and cardiac disease.
Chronic history of headache and backache.
Spinal deformity or infection at the local site.
Known history of allergic reaction to local anaesthetics
ASA grade III / IV
Patients not willing to participate in the study.
