- •a) Presence of corneal ulcer: defined as a corneal epithelial defect with underlying corneal infiltrate and signs of acute inflammation
- •b) Appropriate written and informed consent
排除标准
- •a) Less than 18 years
- •b) No consent
- •c) Suspected viral, acanthamoeba or mixed keratitis cases
- •d) Microbial Keratitis in both eyes
- •e) Use of steroids or anti-microbials for other conditions
