- •1.Young adults between the ages of 18 and
- •2.Perceived Stress Scale score 14 to 26 (moderate stress) 3.Fluent in English for instructions.
排除标准
- •1.Severe mental health conditions (e.g., PTSD, major depression).
- •2.Photophobia or light sensitivity causing discomfort in VR.
- •4.Severe physical impairments limiting VR use.
- •6.Prior experience with VR-based mindfulness and yoga practice in last 3 month.
