Inclusion Criteria
1. Infants aged between 3 to 6 months diagnosed with congenital muscular torticollis by a physician.
2. Infants with a neck tilt angle of 5 degrees or more, plagiocephaly stage 2 or higher, and an Alberta Infant Motor Scale score of 22 or less.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Infants with congenital cervical abnormalities.
2. Infants diagnosed with postural, paroxysmal, or ocular torticollis, or those with other neurological impairments.
3. Infants whose guardians did not consent to participate in the study.
