Women with mild stress urinary incontinence symptoms, scoring 1-3 points on the urinary incontinence questionnaire (UDI-6).
- Women who voluntarily participate and have signed the consent form for the study.
- Women with no limitations in basic physical activities (walking, standing).
- Individuals with neurological disorders or conditions.
- Individuals who have undergone pelvic or abdominal surgery within the past year.
- Individuals with serious medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, or diabetes.
- Pregnant women.
- Individuals with health conditions for which a doctor has advised against exercise.
- Individuals with chronic pelvic pain or other forms of chronic pain.
