Inclusion Criteria
1. All the patients undergoing radical cystectomy with orthotopoic neobladder (either ileal or large intestine) in our institution will be enrolled in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1Participation consent not given
2History of psychiatric disorder
3Alcohol or substance abuse
4Cognitive morbidity i.e. dementia,
alzheimerâ??s disease.
5Additional oncologic disease
