Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. All the patients undergoing radical cystectomy with orthotopoic neobladder (either ileal or large intestine) in our institution will be enrolled in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1Participation consent not given
  • 2History of psychiatric disorder
  • 3Alcohol or substance abuse
  • 4Cognitive morbidity i.e. dementia,
  • alzheimerâ??s disease.
  • 5Additional oncologic disease
