•Newly diagnosed participants of any sex aged 30-60 years.
•Participants having any one or more of following lipid abnormality in blood:
•Serum Cholesterol equal to or more than 200mg/dl.
•HDL-C less than 40 mg/dl.
•LDL Cholesterol equal to or more than 130 mg/dl.
•Serum Triglycerides level equal to or more than 150mg/dl and/or less than 400 mg/dl.
•Body Mass Index (BMI) 23-40 kg/m2.

•Participants having hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus, history and clinical evidence of angina, myocardial infarction (MI).
•Pregnant or Lactating Women.
•Significant Pulmonary/Cardiovascular/Hepato-renal Dysfunction.
•Known cases of Immunocompromised states (HIV/ AIDS, etc)/ Malignancies.
•Participants not willing to attend treatment schedule regularly.
