(1)Diagnosed with temporomandibular disorders according to Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders (DC/TMD)
(2)maximum mouth opening (MMO) < 40mm and visual analogue scale (VAS) score = 2
(3)aged 18-70 and can cooperate with treatment and examination
(4)First onset and have not received any therapy for six months
(5)Voluntarily participate in this study, insist on completing the entire treatment process, and sign the informed consent
(1)A history of temporomandibular joint trauma or surgery;
(2)Temporomandibular tumors, autoimmune bone and joint system diseases;
(3)Combined with serious underlying diseases (heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction), or other serious life-threatening diseases;
(4)taking certain drugs (antidepressant, antischizophrenia, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications and muscle relaxants);
(5)Special populations (pregnant women, patients with coagulopathies);
(6)Have other diseases and factors that are not compatible with treatment.
