Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Activity\-related knee joint pain
- •Morning stiffness \=30 min
- •History of knee pain on most days for \=3 months
- •NPRS \- \=4 out of 10 on an 11\-point
- •Have an android mobile phone with text message functioning and be willing to use it during the study to receive and send text messages.
- •OA severity graded as GRADE 1,2 (KL grading)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with recent trauma, inflammatory arthritis, infective arthritis
- •Patient had a knee joint replacement in the most painful knee
- •Subjects with the neurological procedure and Cognitive impairment.
- •Inability to adhere to the protocol
