Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Activity\-related knee joint pain
  • •Morning stiffness \=30 min
  • •History of knee pain on most days for \=3 months
  • •NPRS \- \=4 out of 10 on an 11\-point
  • •Have an android mobile phone with text message functioning and be willing to use it during the study to receive and send text messages.
  • •OA severity graded as GRADE 1,2 (KL grading)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient with recent trauma, inflammatory arthritis, infective arthritis
  • •Patient had a knee joint replacement in the most painful knee
  • •Subjects with the neurological procedure and Cognitive impairment.
  • •Inability to adhere to the protocol
