简要总结
This is single group an exploratory study of Moolak Tail Uttarbasti And Urethral Dilatation In Vatakundal (Urethral Stricture). Patients age having URETHRAL STRICTURE diagnosed by Ascending Urethrogram and classical signs and symptoms of urethral stricture will be included in the trial and Patients having age group 18 years to 80 years. Patient suffering from Hepatitis B, sexually transmitted diseases, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Urethral diverticulum, Periurethral abscess, Urethral fistula, Congenital anatomical defect of urethra and Contraindication of Uttar Basti (like Genital tract infection, heavy bleeding, etc.) are excluded. 2 ml of Moolak taila will be administered after step by step urethral dilation with semi flexible boogies for 2 months in an interval of 1 week.

- •A substantial hemorrhage into the urinary tract.
- •Pain and inflammation in the urethra.
- •Patients who will give written consent.
- •Patients with classical signs and symptoms of urethral stricture will be included in the trial.
排除标准
- •Urethral diverticulum.
- •Periurethral abscess.
- •Urethral fistula.
- •Urinary tract infection.

Burning sensation

Increased urge to urinate or more-frequent urination.

- Retention of urine due to urethral stricture.(Urethral catheter is not passing easily.)
