- •2)Mallampatti grade I and II
- •3)ASA grade I and II
- •4)Elective surgeries of 2 hours duration like STSG, FIroadenome, Hernia, Hydrocele, Minor Orthopaedic surgeries
排除标准
- •Patients not willing to participate
- •Surgeries exceeding 2 hours duration
- •Mallampatti grade III and IV
- •ASA grade III IV and V
- •Morbid Obesity
- •Pregnant patients
- •Known case of gastro oesophageal reflux disease
- •Oropharyngeal pathology
- •Emergency surgeries
- •Cervical spine disorder
