Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients of above 18years.
2. Patients belonging to ASA grading I and II.
3. Patients undergoing only hip fracture (neck of femur fracture ,intertrochanteric fracture, subtrochanteric fracture)surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients having contraindication for subarachnoid block.
2. Infection at the site of block.
3. Any history of allergic to study drugs.
4. Patients on term analgesic for chronic pain.
5. Patient with coagulopathy.
6. Conversion to general anesthesia during surgeries.
7. Patients having multiple trauma.
8. Pregnant patients.
