Inclusion Criteria
chronicity below 5 years with clinical features of hypothyroidism(Dhatvagnimandya)
Exclusion Criteria
patients with age below 18 and above 60 years
patients having any other major complicated systemic diseases like cancer Tuberculosis Type I Diabetes mellitus Malignant Hypertension Thyrotoxicosis Asthma Heart disease Pregnancy or any other debilitating disease which may lead to fatal condition for the patient at any time
Patients having history of Peptic ulcer Bleeding ulcer etc
Patients with congenital or secondary hypothyroidism
patient having goitre Drug induced Hypothyroidism
