(1) Patients 20 years of age or older who have given consent to participate in the study
(ii) Patients with a histological or clinical diagnosis of head and neck cancer
(i) Patients with active multiple cancers other than head and neck cancer (excluding Stage 0 and 1 metastatic cancer)
(ii) Patients with local recurrence during the observation period of 12 months
(iii) Patients with serious neuromuscular complications
(iv) Other patients who are judged to be inappropriate for inclusion in the study by the physician's judgment.
