Nursing professionels, which work in the nursing care on a neonatal intensive care unit of a level 1 perinatal centre.
Informed consent is signed.
Exclusion Criteria
Persons, wo do not work in the nursing care on a neonatal intensive care unit of a level 1 perinatal centre. Informed consent is not signed.

Name Time Method The aim is to conduct six to ten guided expert interviews with nursing professionals, in which they are asked about their perceptions and experiences regarding the effects of the quality assurance guideline. For this purpose, an interview guideline was designed.
