Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •female, at least 20 and under 65years old
- •patients diagnosed with primary breast cancer
- •patients with a diagnosis of Taxane\-induced peripheral neuropathy presenting within the last week of an average pain score of at least 5 on a numeric rating scale
- •patients with an ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) performance status of 2 or less
- •patients who are willing and able to comply with the requirements of the study
- •patients who are willing and able to provide written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with symptoms of peripheral neuropathy that are severe and need to be immediately treated with surgical procedures or acute management
- •Patients with skin inflammation at the attachment site
- •Wearing a hearing aid and piercing
- •Elapsed 12\-months after the end of chemotherapy
- •Participants with a history of previous experience of an auricular therapy before enrollment
- •Patients with dementia or cognitive impairment that may affect this study
- •Patients who do not have the ability to read, understand, or respond to questionnaires
- •Receiving Chemotherapy and radiotherapy during the period of the study
- •Patients with a history of receiving other intervention programs during the study
- •Patients with other reasons not to comply with this study protocol
