Inclusion Criteria
1. colorectal caner receiving 1st cycle of oxaliplatin based chemotherapy
2. not prior receive oxaliplatin
3. allow both palliative and curative intent
4. allow biologic agent such as antiVEGR antiEGFR
Exclusion Criteria
1. history of bowel obstruction
2. nausea/vomiting symptom before receive chemotherapy
3. drug allergy of prochlorperazine, ondansetron, dexamethasone
4. abnormal liver or renal function
5. have psychotic problem
6. have history of seizure and dyskinesia
7. QT prolongation
