Inclusion Criteria
All motorized spiral enteroscopies in the participating centers since introduction of the system until the beginning of inclusion of the first case into the prospective German PowerSpiral registry with every indication for device-assisted enteroscopy (known or suspected small bowel disease, ERCP after surgical altered anatomy, incomplete conventional colonoscopy).

Name Time Method For indication small bowel disease: complete enteroscopy. For indication biliary disease in surgical altered anatomy: technical success of ERCP. For indication incomplete colonoscopy: successful cecal intubation.
