入选标准
- •1. Orthodontic treatment with straight wire appliance with metallic brackets
- •2. Permanent teeth with full set of anterior teeth
- •3. No relevant medical history
- •4. No anti-inflammatory or antibiotic medications taken in the mouth before and during the study
- •5. No chewing gum used during the study
- •6. Patients using non-fluoridated tooth paste
- •7. Age between 12 and 35 years
排除标准
- •1. Mixed dentition
- •2. Previous history of orthodontic treatment
- •3. Tooth with developmental anomalies and fluorosis
- •4. Pregnancy, lactation, diabetes
- •5. Patients with habit of smoking
- •6. Tendency of frequent vomiting
- •7. Composite restoration and prosthetic crown on anterior teeth
- •8. Patients above the age of 35 years
