入选标准
- •Age >18 years
- •Patients undergoing head and neck cancer surgery (lip, oral cavity, nose, paranasal sinus, oropharynx, hypopharynx, salivary glands, nasopharyngeal, thyroid, tracheal, laryngeal cancers).
- •Patients having CT scan within 4 weeks of scheduled surgery (CT scans are routinely done preoperatively by the surgeons for assessing the extent and resectability of tumor).
- •Patients who give written informed consent to participate in the study.

- •Presence or plan of tracheostomy prior to surgery
- •Patient refusal to participate in the study
