Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a known renal insufficiency (stage III-V and after transplantation)
- Patients with chronic renal insufficieny at the age of 6 to 25 years.
- Patients with a higher risk of gingivitis (GI > 0; PSI stage 0-2)
- Patients, who did not take antibiotics for the last 2 weeks
- Patients who agreed the consent form written and verbal
- Patients who do not participate in a different clinical trial
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients who do not have suitable conditions for a dental treatment
- Patients who regulary have to take antibiotics
