Inclusion Criteria

  • The participants who will enter to this study have to screen by using the Activity of Daily Ability Assessment Form developed by The National Committee for the Elderly, which have to receive an evaluation score between 16 to 20 points and have to the qualifications following
  • 1. Elderly aged 60 to 80 years
  • 2. Good self-care ability
  • 3. Male or female
  • 4. Khon Kean native district
  • 5. Participants were examined in visual acuity for visual evaluation by using Elderly Screening and Evaluation Manual

Exclusion Criteria

  • The participants were excluded from the study if they presented signs and symptoms that might affect an ability to perform the tests or participate the study such as
  • 1. Unable to reading and understand and follow the command
  • 2. History of neuromuscular diseases that affected balance and walking
  • 3. History of fall more than 3 times per year
  • 4. Required walking device
  • 5. Fail of screening with glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy by questionnaire
  • 6. History of vision therapy by eye surgery
