Inclusion Criteria
1) score = 24 on the Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE),
2) Functionally independent and willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients with any surgical history for the spine or lower limb in the past 6 months.
2) history of cerebrovascular accidents.
3) use of medication(s) such as sedatives and hypnotics, antidepressants and benzodiazepines.
4) have some chronic health condition for which physical exercise is contraindicated.
