Inclusion Criteria
Patients was diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis and have cobb angle of major curve> 45 degrees,asymmetrical trunk deformity,and suffer in activity daily living
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who have had previous spine surgery
2. Patients who loss follow up in this study
