- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Having patients' informed consent
- •Age between 18-70 years
- •Ability to communicate verbally
- •No history of diagnosed anxiety and depression problems
- •Having a smartphone connected to the Internet
- •Being literate
排除标准
- •Failure to complete the intervention period for any reason
- •Performing a kidney transplant
- •Reluctance to continue participating in the study
- •Not participating in the post-test
- •Exacerbation of the disease or occurrence of an unpleasant accident for the patient
