All patients candidate for Laminectomy surgery
All patients with informed consent to participate in the trial
All patients with range of age between 25 to 70 years old
All patients with Anesthetic ASA class I or II
All patients out of range of age between 25 to 70 years old
All patients who were not candidate for Laminectomy surgery
All patients with Sensitivity to Dexmedetomidine, Neostigmin and Ketamin
All patients with ASA class more than II (III, IV)
All female patients in pregnancy or lactation period
All patients with uncontrolled psychological disorders

Name Time Method Mean value of thickness of fibrosis due to laminectomy. Timepoint: 3 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Milimeters.;Pain. Timepoint: 2, 6, 12 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale.
