1.The patients who diagnose as end-stage liver cancer patients and receive palliative care treatment
2. At least 18 years old of age
3.Written informed consent
4. Patient follow with Palliative Care treatment Using Thai Traditional Medicine
1. Patient treatment with medical doctor or ongoing process follow up
2. Patient server of renal failure with Serum creatinine more than 2.0 mg./dl. And/or BUN more than 40 mg./dl.
3. Patient with Electrolyte abnormalities such as hyponatremia, hypokalemia and acidosis
4. Clinically that require treatment with medical doctor
5. Patient severe of suffering and unable joint with TTM
6. Pregnancy or nursing women
