Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients scheduled for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation.
2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-II, age between 18 to 70 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Cervical spine pathology
2.BMI more than or equal to 30
3.Restriction of neck extension
4.Increased risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration
5.History of difficult tracheal intubation in the past.
6.Tumor or mass involving the airway.
7.Restricted mouth opening.
