Patients of Parikartika Chronic fissure in ano having chronicity more than 6 month
Patients of Parikartika Chronic fissure in ano associated with Arsha piles and Bhagandara fistula in ano will be included in study
Fissure in ano having chronicity less than 6 months
Patients below 18years and above 60 years of age
Patient suffering from malignancy of any organs
The patients who were suffering from acute fissure in ano
Congenital anal stricture and carcinoma of ano rectum
Positive cases of HIV VDRL and Hepatitis B
Uncontrolled cases of diabetes mellitus Hypertension and Tuberculosis
