1. Male and female, aged between 40-80 years.
2. Symptoms of osteoarthritis according to disease severity index By evaluating the Oxford Knee score, the score is in the range of 20-29 points.
3. The pain level is between 4-6 out of 10 (VAS).
4. Do not take any medicine 2 weeks before participating in the research project.
5. Can read and write Understand Thai and be able to make decisions for yourself.
6. Agree to participate in the project and sign the consent form.
1. The volunteer used other external medicines on the knee area.
2. Have you ever had an accident with your knee joint before?
3. Have ever had knee replacement surgery
4. Pain and AE have to collect and record as outcome too
5. There are plans to have surgery or transfer to another location during research participation.
