- •Age = 18 years
- •- Signed Informed Consent
- •- 10 patients with histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx
- •- Tumors large enough for PET imaging according to the judgement of the treating physicians
- •- Radio(chemo)therapy or radiotherapy in combination with cetuximab with curative intent

- •- Induction chemotherapy - Pregnant and lactating women
