1.Presence of senile cataract in patients more than 50 years of age, in whom biometry using Lenstar LS900 is possible and undergo uneventful phacoemulsification with implantation of Tecnis ZCB00 single piece monofocal IOL and Tecnis Eyhance ICB00.
2.Pre-operative cylinder less than -0.75D
3.Post-operative spherical equivalent < +/- 0.5D
4.Capsulorhexis size between 5-5.5mm
1.Any anterior or posterior segment pathology causing decrease in vision other than cataract like dry eye, corneal scars, uveitis, glaucoma, retinal lasers, history of previous intraocular surgeries
2.Pupil size less than 2.5 mm
3.Traumatic cataract
4.Secondary IOL
5.Extremes of axial length
