Lack of consent to participate in the study.
Emergency situation.
Pregnancy.
Coagulation disorders requiring therapy.
Corticosteroid continuous medication above the Cushing's threshold.
Allergic diathesis.

Name Time Method The maximum numeric pain score (NRS) on the first postoperative day.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The maximum NRS on the day of surgery, the maximum NRS on the 2nd postoperative day of surgery, the maximum NRS on the 3rd postoperative day of surgery, the cumulative analgesic requirement from nonopioid and opioid analgesics, complications such as nausea and vomiting (PONV), recovery of bowel function, length of hospital stay, and the Brief Pain Inventory questionnaire.
