Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged between 18-70 years
Patients scheduled to undergo Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) under general anaesthesia
ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) Physical status I to III
patients
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with any history of drug allergy to the study drugs,
Psychiatric illness, substance abuse,
Blood pressure > 140/90mm Hg
Pregnancy and lactating mothers
Sepsis
Coagulopathy
Complex stones with anticipated access points >2,
Patients receiving opioids
Any back or musculoskeletal deformity
