- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Anticipated difficult intubation
- •(Mallampati grade III / IV)

- •4.Patients with any systemic disease
- •5.H/O allergy to any drugs
- •6.H/O steroid therapy within last 6 months
- •7.Surgery lasting > 2 hours
