Inclusion Criteria
1) Adults over 20 years of age (However, adults over 70 years of age should understand the contents of this study and participate only if they can voluntarily agree.)
2) Patient diagnosed with rotator cuff tear by MRI and physical examination
3) Those who decided to undergo arthroscopic rotator cuff repair because the symptoms persist after conservative treatment for more than 3 months
4) Patients whose rotator cuff tear is full reduction to footprint
Exclusion Criteria
1) A person with previous trauma or surgery of the ipsilateral shoulder
2) Arthritis of the ipsilateral glenohumeral joints
3) Those who do not want to participate in this study
4) Persons with joint stiffness: Forward flexion less than 100 degrees, or less than 30 degrees of external rotation, or less than 1st lumbar spine of internal rotation.
