Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patients diagnosed with NMOSD by a neurologist according to IPND, 2015 diagnostic criteria.
  • •2\) The patient has undergone a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan and has the images in the hospital's PAC system.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) The follow\-up period less than 6 months.
  • •2\) Patients with other central nervous system pathologies such as cerebrovascular disease, neurological diseases, and cranial nerve disease.
  • •3\) Patients who refuse immunosuppressive treatment prescribed by a neurologists.
  • •4\) Incomplete data, or low quality MRI.
