Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with the diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma at Songklanagarind hospital.
- •2\. Patients age range 40\-80 yrs.
- •3\. Patients have reliable visual field : can perform visual field
- •4\. Visual significant cataract depend on
- •\- Best corrected visual acuity
- •oMild visual impairment (\<20/40\-20/60\)
- •oModerate visual impairment (\>20/60\- \<20/200\)
- •\- Type of cataract : Nuclear cataract, Posterior subcapsular cataract, Cortical cataract
- •5\. Can give consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with history of previous intraocular surgery.
- •2\. Patients with underlying ocular disease effect visual field e.g.
- •2\.1 Retina disease
- •2\.2 Uveitis
- •2\.3 Optic neuropathy
- •2\.4 Severe dry eye
- •3\. Severe visual impairment (BCVA ≥ 20/200\) effect VF test
- •4\. Patients with postoperative complication e.g.
- •4\.1 Post\-operative endophthalmitis
- •4\.2 Expulsive suprachoroidal hemorrhage
