- •-Have no history of cervical procedures
- •-Speak Dutch or English

- •-Are on chronic pain medication
- •-Use antidepressants or sedatives

- •-Are unwilling or unable to give ‘informed consent’
- •-Are pregnant
- •-Have a malignancy
