- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Age 18 - 75 years
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Female patients
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Biopsy proven IDC (any grade)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Stage: T1-4b; N0-3; M0
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ LVSI/PNI-allowed
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ ER/PR/Her2neu-Any
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Karnofsky performance score 70 and above
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Pulmonary function test-WNL
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ 2DECHO-LVEF 50-60%
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ The patient must sign an informed consent before entry into the study
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Age >75 years and <18 years
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Not a surgical candidate
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Previous history of radiotherapy
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Recurrent disease
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Patients with significant co-morbid condition
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ History of previous malignancy
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ KarnofskyPerformance score below 70
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Not compliant for regular follow up
