Inclusion Criteria
Candidate for dacryocystorhinostomy surgery under general anesthesia; Age between 20-70 years old; Body mass index between 20-30; patients satisfaction; ability to answer the questions.
Exclusion criteria: psychosis; Alzheimer; cognitive disorders; Addiction to alcohol or drugs; Pregnancy; Renal and gastrointestinal disorders; diabets.

Name Time Method Postoperative pain. Timepoint: at 60, 120, 180 and 240 minutes after admission to recovery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.

Name Time Method Pethidine usage. Timepoint: 240 minutes after admission to recovery. Method of measurement: milligrams.
