Inclusion Criteria
1.female 13-21 age group included in my study
2.verbal multi dimensional scale score 1 and 2 included in my study
3.patient willing take treatment regularly and cooperating for follow ups are included in my study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patientnot fulfilling the case defination of spsmodic dysmenorhhoea
2.patient who requiremergency medical intervention
3.patient without written consent
4.immuno-compromised patients
5.patient not willing take treatment regularly and not cooperating for follow ups
6.verbal multi dimensional scale score3 excluded in my study
