- >= 65age old to <= 95age old (—)
- Sex
- Female
Inclusion Criteria
- •Community\-dwelling older women with multi\-combined frailty such as physical, socoal, psychological, oral frailty, and mild cognitive impairment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronin disease such severe knee and low backl pain, heart disease, and unstable cardiac conditions. Blood pressure more than SBP180mmHg, and DBP 100mmHg.
