- •Age group of 30 to 60 years, Both sexes, Diagnostic criteria will be based on clinical presentation, serum uric acid level, Xray and ACR/EULAR 2015 gout classification criteria.
排除标准
- •Gout patients with other systemic diseases
- •Patient with gout deformities and tophi formation
- •Gout patients with complications like atherosclerosis, coronary or cerebrovascular
- •accidents, uric acid stones, uric acid nephropathy, nephrosclerosis, chronic pyelonephritis and renal failure.
