Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Women aged 40\- 50 years
- •2\)with At least 12 months of amenorrhea,
- •3\)Not more than 2 years since menopause attained
- •4\)Women who can speak and/ or read and write English/Kannada
- •5\)Those giving written informed consent for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Women who have attained surgical menopause
- •2\)Women On Hormone Replacement Therapy
- •3\) Women who have amenorrhea due to conditions other than natural menopause
