Inclusion Criteria

Unilateral knee pain with pain score of 3 on VAS scale out of 10.

2. Patient having pain at anterior Knee with at least 3 of following:

a. During or after activity

b. Prolong sitting

c. Stair climbing and descending

d. Squatting

3. Pain on palpation of patellar facets

4. Pain during double squat

5. Clark test positive.

Exclusion Criteria

History of hip or knee, Spine surgery

Lower back pain

Hyperextended knee Deformity at Hip, Knee, Ankle and Spine

Traumatic patellar dislocation

Recurrent patella dislocation

Meniscal injury Flat foot High arch foot Abnormal tibia torsion
