- •sindrome coronarica acuta entro 12 mesi dall’intervento chirurgico
- •paziente in trattamento con doppia terapia antiaggregante piastrinica al ricovero ospedaliero
- •completamento programmato di rivascolarizzazione miocardica mediante procedure percutanee (angioplastica coronarica) nei successivi 12 mesi
- •pazienti con intolleranza o controindicazione a ticagrelor o Cardioaspirina, secondo scheda tecnica
- •fibrillazione atriale pre-operatoria in trattamento con TAO (terapia anticoagulate orale, es. Coumadin) o NAO (nuovi anticoagulanti orali, es. Pradaxa)
- •pazienti con alterazioni dello stato psichico che alterano la compliance al trattamento
