入选标准
- •critically ill patients on mechanical ventilator and analgosedation for at least 24 hours
- •- requirement of catecholamines (Epi/Norepi >= 0.1 µg/kg/min)
- •- unlimited intensive treatment for at least 2 days
- •- informed consent
排除标准
- •- pregnancy
- •- History of unobserved circulatory arrest
- •- refusal of intensive care treatment or life-prolonging measures
- •- drug therapy with oral antidiabetics, sulfonamides, nicorandil
- •- Participation on another clinical intervention trial
- •- Persons with any kind of dependency to the investigator or employed by the sponsor or investigator
