简要总结
Bone mineral density and bone microstructure of the artificial bone were changed over time after surgery. At 3 months postoperatively, bone resorption was already begun, and the bone microstructure was comparable to that of cancellous bone at the tibia at 12 months postoperatively. The artificial bone in the lateral region tended to be resorbed earlier than that in the medial region, but the resorption in the medial region also was observed from the early postoperative period.

- •The patient with knee osteoarthritis, scheduled to have tibial osteotomy.
- •A written informed consent for the participation in the study.
